Working with Robert has been such a pleasure. I am a non-techie. I am more or less computer literate, but not especially, and so Robert was really what the doctor ordered for me: he is a computer wizard bar none, but get this, he can actually relate to people, and thus to me, and so we got along famously. Building this website was fun and exciting, and as my grandmother would say, it was as fast as 'greased lightening!'
I am thrilled with what we were able to do in so short a time, and on so limited a budget. Robert never said no to me. Not knowing what a computer can and cannot do, I always just asked for what I wanted, and his resourcefulness really impressed me. He got me everything I wanted, and he seemed to know exactly how much technical information to impart to me before smoke started coming out of my ears.
One thing Robert did for me, and for which I am really grateful, is he made an owner's manual specifically for me, with pictures and everything, of how to work on my website by myself. It says things like, 'click on the paste bar, and click ok.' Friends, it is very specific. My feeling is that, if unlike me, you really know what's what on a computer, you and Robert will go along faster than fast, but the beauty is, if like me, you really don't know, and frankly my dear, don't want to know, you will go along at a famous pace.
